Between 2000 and 2003, Dodge only sold one car (car, not truck/van) in Canada. The Viper.
Everything else was called a Chrysler, for some reason.

That's because between 2000 and 2003, the Viper was the only thing from Dodge worth owning.

2003 is debatable.

The profit margins were probably higher on a Chrysler than a Dodge. Maybe they were offsetting import duties by going upmarket (even though the cars weren’t upmarket).

And just a couple years ago, Dodge didn’t sell the Viper at all in the US.
It was the “SRT Viper”, for some reason.

There’s a reason Gen IIIs are cheaper than Gen IIs. And if you’re going to 05, might as well go to the end of the Gen III line in 06.

What’s this “Canada” thing?

No, I mean the Magnum started being made, which is a car worth owning.

I don’t know, ask someone else.

Sounds pretty radical.

They renamed it the Chrysler Viper in other places as well, so it really confused me when I was younger.
